      This meticulous, almost scholarly, Spanish edition of "Curious George Takes a Job" is ultimately unimaginative. The story never really comes to life and George's charm is lost in the translation. English words in the illustrations (e.g., signs, newspaper headlines) have not been translated into Spanish.
