Library Journal
September 15, 2009
In 2007, O'Dea made a New Year's resolution to use her slow cooker every day and write about it on her blog, crockpot365.blogspot.com, which receives 15,000 visitors daily. Now, her first cookbook collects 300 of those recipes, spanning beverages to meatless mains to desserts. Instructions are simple enough for most inexperienced cooks to follow. And because one of O'Dea's daughters has a wheat allergy, the recipes are gluten-free. Sure to make cooks wonder if there is anything that can't be made in a slow cooker!Copyright 2009 Library Journal, LLC Used with permission.
